Based in Naas, Co. Kildare, Rioghnagh Bracken & Co specialise in family law — divorce, judicial separation, dissolution of civil partnerships, cohabitation, and the guardianship, custody and access questions that come with them. The practice has more than 20 years' experience in the District, Circuit and High Courts, advising clients nationwide.
Rioghnagh is also a mediator with the Mediators' Institute of Ireland and holds a Diploma in Mediation from the Law Society, and her approach reflects it: bringing people to the table early, resolving as much as possible by agreement rather than through court proceedings, and keeping the welfare of children at the centre. She tutors in family law at the Law Society.
